Donate your laptops for our local Schools Project

Would you like to donate your old laptop to a local school? Swindon Old Town Rotary is delighted to have partnered up with Wiltshire Digital Drive to help supply schools with desperately needed laptops. Our job is to track down unwanted and unloved laptops and make sure they reach Wiltshire Digital Drive for refurbishment and distribution.

The Mobility Store with showrooms in Swindon and Wroughton has kindly provided us with drop off points for the laptops. You can leave them at 9a Ellendune Shopping Centre, Wroughton, SN4 9LN. Or if you are Swindon, at 7 Clive Parade, Cricklade Road, SN2 1AJ

They are open Monday to Friday from 10 am to 4 pm and on Saturday from 10 am to 2 pm.

BBC Wiltshire is also joining in. Marie Lennon who presents the ever-popular mid-morning show has offered to collect your donated laptops from the Mobility Stores each week. She will then take them to Wiltshire Digital Drive.

Will you help us to find people willing to donate their old laptops? So please check with your employer for old models they may no longer need. You might like to look through your attic for long-forgotten laptops. Why not check out if your neighbours have any redundant laptops.
